If you are arriving earlier than 3PM, please let us know – if we do not have any departing guests, we may be able to accommodate you. Alternatively, we suggest you stopping in Trogir old town for lunch. If you need to store your bags, you are very welcome in our office in Trogir (It’s free).
Documents registration & GDPR
We kindly ask you to prepare the passports/IDs of all the guests, to show them at the check-in.
A mandatory law – General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires every guest to present a valid government ID upon check-in, persons other than registered guests are restricted from the apartment. As of 25.05.2018., we are obliged to inform you that when placing a reservation and checking into your booked accommodation you agree to present your personal identification documents, i.e. submit your personal data.
The personal data required are: first and last name, type and number of your personal identification document, gender, state and address of residence, with date of birth and citizenship.
Data is collected only for evidence of tourists in the Information System of Tourist Boards of the Republic of Croatia – eVisitor (Law on sojourn tax, National Gazette 152/08). The personal data is collected for statistic processing and is used by the Tourist boards, public authorities and Ministries relating to this procedure. List of departments we must provide your personal data to are the Ministry of tourism and Tourist inspection, Ministry of internal affairs and Ministry of finances – Customs authorities. Each unauthorized usage, publication, change, processing, reproduction, distribution, recording or assignment or any other form of unauthorized usage of such personal data is strictly prohibited. If you can not or do not want to provide us your information for any reason, we are not authorized to provide you accommodation service.
The App we are using to check you into the system is scanning the machine-readable zone on your document and collecting the data there available.
We organize transfers to the Oleander Urban Suites from any airport, marina, or port (& viceversa).
The most common transfer is from Split airport to the units & back. The service is available 24/7 and it costs 26€ for up to 3 people and 30€ for up to 8 people (surcharge of 6 € if landing before 6AM or after 10PM). The prices are one-way.

Air Conditioning
The air conditioning is always on and it is set on the optimal temperature to guarantee ideal conditions. There’s no need to change any setting, you can just turn on and off. When in use, please make sure all the windows and door are closed, otherwise it will shut down automatically. If you experience any issues with the heating / air conditioning, please contact us. In the living room and bathroom there is floor heating available.
TV System
The remote control for the living room TVs is on the coffee table in front of the sofa. The one of the bedroom is on the night stand. All the TV are smart TVs and have satellite channels.
Washing machine
The washing machine. Feel free to use it as you see fit. Eco friendly washing liquids are provided.

Under the sink you will find two bins and trash bags of different colors.
The bins under the sink are for:
1) 💛the bin with yellow sticker for plastic (not cans, glass bottles, plastic bottles of drinks)
2) 💚the bin with green sticker for everything else (not paper)
On the balcony you will find another bin with a red top❤️ and sticker.
Under the sink, you will also find:
💚 green bags for the bins with the green sticker. It is your duty to dispose this bags in the green bin outside the building.
💛 yellow bags for the bins with the yellow sticker. It is your duty to dispose this bags in the yellow bin outside the building.
💙 paper bags for the blue bin outside the house. It is your duty to dispose this bags in the blue bin outside the building.
❤️ red bags for cans, drinks plastic bottles and glass plastic bottles. It is your duty to dispose this bags in the red bin outside the building.
Quiet Times
We are in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it’s home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 11pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is forbidden inside the house. Feel free to smoke outdoor but remember to keep the area clean and free from cigarette butts!
Safety Information
Dial +385 112 for any kind of emergency in Croatia, regardless of whether your need an ambulance, the police or the fire brigade. Your call will be dealt with as appropriate. This number works from both landlines and mobile phones.
Check-out Time
Check out is 10am. Should you wish to leave later than this please contact us beforehand. If we have guests arriving it will be tricky, but we can try!
Check-out Process
You’ve hopefully had a relaxing stay! But, before you leave, we would appreciate if you could do the following:
- Run the dishwasher (if there is any) with any final dirty plates, etc. Please put it on the 1h program.
- Empty the fridge.
- Ensure all windows are closed
- No need to clean the room/apartment but please try to leave everything tidy
- Please throw the garbage before checking out from the property.
- Leave the keys on the dining table & close the door.
